Please give a description of your preferences for this piece of artwork. If there are words or numbers in the reference photo, please write them legibly. If you want something taken out or included that is not in the reference photo, please describe and I will let you know if I can accommodate. Please also list names of the person/people or a description to represent what’s in the photo. The more notes, the better understanding I will have of your preferences.
If yes, please be as specific as possible about the frame you want: (Ex. Preference of color, wood or plastic, kickstand or hanging, matte frame or no matte frame). For reference, the standard frame option I use is a black, wooden, hanging frame with a white matte frame inside. When choosing a frame, it's helpful to think about where the artwork will live in your home, office, etc. If your commission needs to be custom framed, we can discuss your different options.
Jillian Kennedy (Artist) lives in the Chicagoland area. Customer will be responsible for delivery fees. Based on UPS/Fedex delivery. Commissioner will be responsible to pay Artist in full before the artwork is handed over or sent out for delivery. Payment plans are accepted; this must be agreed upon prior to start of commission.
